Counting the selected values - Function COUNTIF

Function COUNTIF is a statistical function.

Members of teams 1 and 2 won points according to the table. Count how many points each team won individually.

Counting the selected values - Function COUNTIF, steps:

  1. Select the cells D9 (Team 1).
  2. Type =COUNTIF.
  3. Define the area.
  4. Select the desired value (Team 1).
  5. Enter button (ending the work on the formula) .
  6. Select the empty cell D10 (Team 2).
  7. Type =COUNTIF.
  8. Define the area.
  9. Select the desired value (Team 2).
  10. Enter button (ending the work on the formula).
  11. The end (Kraj).
