Sorting by three criteria, steps:

1. Mark the cells which are sorted.
2. DATA TAB.
3. SORT button .
4. SORT dialogue window.
5. SORT BY dropdown menu (choosing the column by which the sorting is done).
6. ASCENDING OPTION BOX ascending order.
7. THEN BY dropdown menu (choosing the column by which the sorting is done).
8. DESCENDING OPTION BOX descending order.
9. THEN BY dropdown menu (choosing the column by which the sorting is done).
10. DESCENDING OPTION BOX descending order.
11. OK button.
12. Content of the cells is sorted by the stated criteria.
