Starting PowerPoint using the Windows Start menu

MS PowerPoint can be started from the START menu.

When the application becomes "often used" it will appear in the START menu. The user can start PowerPoint this way, by selecting the PowerPoint option in the START menu.

A PowerPoint button in the Task bar will appear when the PowerPoint window is opened  . The PowerPoint button will disappear when the PowerPoint window is closed.

Starting PowerPoint using the Windows Start menu, steps:

  1. Click the START button.
  2. Choose the PowerPoint option.
  3. The PowerPoint window will open.
  4. The PowerPoint button will appear in the Task bar;
  5. The end (Kraj).

Note:
    The PowerPoint application can be started by double-clicking on the MICROSOFT PowerPoint SHORTCUT icon on the DESKTOP.
    or Double-clicking on the icon of any PowerPoint document.

The name of a new PowerPoint document is PRESENTATION1.
