Paragaf /PARAGRAPH/



Paragraph is limited to the portion of the text by pressing enter. Pressing ENTER on the keyboard character that appears in paragraph limits / Paragraph /. the panel at the top of the document. Physical parameters of the paragraph:

  • ALLIGNMET;
  • INDENTATION;
  • SPACING BEFORE - AFTER;
  • COMMANDS.

Parameters paragraphs in Word 2010 can be set in several ways:

  • RIBBON;
  • PARAGRAPH DIALOG BOX;
  • MINIBAR - MINI TOOLBAR;
  • SHORTCUT MENU.

  3. Click on the button
  4. Opens the paragraph DIALOG BOX ,
  5. Select or enter the desired parametres of PARAGRAPH,

* Note: The parameters of the document are listed in the animation and set the parameters shown in the linked documents. Parameters paragraphs for the following example:
I paragraph - GENERAL group ALIGNMENT: LEFT, INDENTATION group SPACIAL HANGING: 0,25;
II paragraph - GENERAL group ALIGNMENT: JUSTFIED, INDENTATION group RIGHT INDENT: 0,25, SPACIAL FIRST LINE: 0,7, SPACING group AFTER: 6 pt;
III paragraph - GENERAL grupa ALIGNMENT: JUSTFIED, INDENTATION group LEFT INDENT 0,4, RIGHT INDENT: 0,8, SPACIAL FIRST LINE: 0,4;
IV paragraph - GENERAL group ALIGNMENT: LEFT, INDENTATION group LEFT INDENT -0,5, SPACIAL HANGING: 0,25; SPACING group BEFORE: 18 pt.
