‘   Welcome to the youth entrepreneurship management program

Youth company’s management is the first program of these type in BiH. This program was developed in the association with the fond open society of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Norwegian Business Inovation Programs, with the main goal of developing sense of business and entrepreneurship in the head of highschoolers, and to enable them to acquire knowledge skills and experience which  can be very precious in further planning of their life and career.

The goal of this program is not to succeed by any means necessary, because the real life does not consist only of success but also of failure .

Taking part in this program will unable you to, by working and going throw different fazes of development of your company, by bringing sometimes right and sometimes wrong decisions, by succeeding or making mistakes, you will learn the basic secrets and rules of business.

In case you decide to actively take part in this program, you will be given an opportunity to meet know interesting people, make know contacts, learn the skill of corporate communication, get familiar with the other side of your colleges personality and to acquire precious knowledge of human nature and possibilities.

That what we consider the most precious is that you will get to know yourself better, some of there characteristics, talents i abilities which they weren’t even aware of.

Apart from you and your school mates, your teachers, your school principal, succesful businesman and local coordinators will be participating in this project. Theirt only assaiment is to help you during this project.

Before you go on reading this mannual, you must be awarw what do you need to invest and what are you going to recive:

Program „Youth enterpeurship“  contains from 11 steps:

1. Getting to know the project
2. Forming a group of 3-5 students, who will later represent youth company
3. Choice of the busines idea
4. Researching the market and defining the marketing plan
5. Making of the busines plan
6. Determination of the company’s organisation
7. Registration of the company
8. Getting the money required for the begining of work
9. Company menageent
10. Taking part on the fair of „Youth enterpeurship“
11. Closing the company

„... I consider that programs of this kind represent thebest way of helping the B&H. Focus is on the young-once and the development of their intelekt, and also to help them to get started the with their own busines by giving them support and apropriate knowledge in company menagement. My opinion is that the gratest value of this project is the influence of the program on the development of the intelekt ad young people’s system of value based on enterpeurship as a way expressing their creativity and personality. These kind of programs will not only encourage young people to start a buisness but they will also boost their way of thinking...“
